In his role as Vice Chair of Collaborative Research and Professor of Ophthalmology & Vision Science at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine, Dr. Novack presented in multiple sessions during the Napa Eye 2026 conference held in May 2026.
His presentations included several research posters highlighting recent controlled clinical trials evaluating novel ophthalmic medications, as well as a featured lecture discussing the scientific and regulatory foundations of FDA marketing authorization for ophthalmic drugs and medical devices.
These presentations reflect Dr. Novack’s continued leadership in ophthalmic research, clinical trial design, and the advancement of evidence-based eye care.
